Any number of uncontrolled attachments can be added to the Change Request record. The attachments are saved to the database which means they no longer need to be stored on the user's local drive.
NOTE: An attachment's content cannot be edited from the record to which it is attached. Content must be edited from the file's location in the external directory, deleted from the Attachment tab and re-attached to the record. The procedure to view an attachment is dependent on the browser.
